Nancy is awesome! She helped my husband and I to buy our first home. We were considering going through the process ourselves, but after working with her, I am soooo glad we didn't. She is very attentive going so far as to schedule showings late at night and around our work schedules even last minute! We began a contract on one house and then changed our mind and she was incredibly understanding of that saying "this is probably the biggest purchase of your life, I just want to make sure that it is everything you want it to be." On the second house we selected we had some trouble with the seller not making repairs and she fought for us every minute. Nancy followed up with people who didn't answer right away and made sure that no one was taking advantage of us. She knows all about the home-buying process, so was able to talk us through everything because we really didn't know much going into the home-buying process. I recommend her to everyone!

Nancy was a great negotiator, she was very thorough and detail oriented. Nancy walked us through the process every step of the way. If Nancy was not available when we called we always knew that she would get right back to us. We always felt that she was looking out for us during the entire process and our home sold within the first week that it was listed. We would highly recommend Nancy.

Nancy was referred to us by a friend of ours who worked alongside her in real-estate for some time. During the house hunting process, she was always able to meet us when we wanted to tour a listing. Whenever we had questions, it was rare that she ever take longer than a couple of hours to respond, even late at night. During the actual showings, she was extremely thorough in spotting common defects and flaws that, as first-time buyers, my wife and I would have completely overlooked. Despite some sellers being extremely opaque and giving very little information, Nancy always did her best to give us as much pertinent information regarding property records as possible. She made it her goal to ensure that we were never left in the dark on pricing, known defects, school districts or comps. I've already referred her to a coworker, and would happily refer her to anyone else in my life in need of a realtor in the Greater St. Louis area.
